  • Supported the successful design, development and launch to all business groups the colleague lifecycle. • Developed and rolled out the successful introduction of the career framework structure to all colleagues including the salary grading based on the HAY framework and Willis Towers Watson market pay data. Carrying out bench marking for roles. • Successfully Tup’d several new businesses into the Society, achieving full harmonization at the same time. • Projected managed the pay review forecast, union negotiations and implementation to ensure accurate payments. • Developed a successful recruitment strategy to attract, onboard new colleagues into the Travel business on the back of the pandemic. • Collaborated successfully with the L&D team on the development and launch of a knowledge and skills matrix for all levels including senior managers to identify a talent pipe line. • Continually worked alongside the Executive members for each of the business groups delivering the agreed five-year plan, to achieve the agreed sales targets within the budget and deliver the projects within the set timescales. • Lead Regional Ambassador for Wyre Forest Regional Community. Managed over twenty Site managers from across Midcounties to participate in the project. Leading the project to work alongside the chosen charity partner Home Start. Raising money for the partnership, arranging various events for the families. • Coached all levels of management on all people matters such as mental health awareness, diversity and inclusion, modern slavery.
