Contributed to strategy to ensure business continuity during change, and dealt with legacy issues.Member of Appeal Panels and oversaw implementation of national voluntary redundancy scheme. Assisted in evaluation of bids for ownership of new CRCs. On return to CRC worked with CEO, new owner and MoJ to coordinate new start up activity, including strategy, project management, communication and engagement with stakeholders and supporting managers, and identification and resolution of residual interface issues between national service and the CRC. .
