  My work mainly revolves around supply chain traceability, sustainability, and sustainability certifications in the Indonesian oil palm industry. I do research on social and environmental issues and grievances surrounding oil palm growers and jurisdictions (e.g., Riau province, districts in Jambi) to inform both growers and buyers on sustainability and risk and help them transform their business practices. I do reporting, interviews, and social surveys for HCV assessments, Social Impact Assessments, and RSPO-ISPO gap assessments for mills and smallholders throughout Sumatra and Kalimantan. Familiar with statistics and GIS, I also analyse and report on socioeconomic data from oil palm smallholder surveys. In addition, I provide language and logistical support for corporate sustainability workshops, RSPO Lead Auditor training, and other projects. Show less
