I started as Front Office Trainee, but after two months actively working I got a promotion and hired officially as Front Office Desk Ambassador. I used to take care about guests' journeys: -check in and check out, pre arrival and follow up after the end of the journey. -in charge of a cashier, doing currency changes and daily payments -public relation is my strength point, being next to the guest from the day of their arrival and make them feeling loved (organized surprises, welcome gift, ViP's presents..) -did also some night shift aa night auditor (checking the reports, closing the cashiers and checking the cash flows, f&b tickets etc..)
