  As an associate developer at Seraphic, I assist the development team with all aspects of software design and coding. My primary role is to learn the codebase, attend design meetings, write basic code, fix bugs, and assist the Development Manager in all design-related tasks. I have a good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment. Roles and Responsibilities Assisting the development manager with all aspects of software design and coding. Attending and contributing to company development meetings. Learning the codebase and improving coding skills. Writing and maintaining code. Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems. Responding to requests from the development team. Good Knowledge of NodeJS Packages like JWT, JOI etc. Writing reports. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Address and prioritize production-level bugs and application performance improvements An adaptable attitude and understanding of the agile methodology Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features The focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
