Recruitment through Campus, References, Job Portals, Employment Exchange, etc. Managing daily MIS planned vs. vacant positions. Handling queries of existing employees. Conducting Employee Engagement activities: Activities sessions, Employee Birthday bash etc. Maintaining various MIS like HR Monthly Review, Hiring report, Walk-in report, Headcount report, New joinee database, exit database, Attrition report etc. Exit Formalities: Handling all types of employee separations & documentation.
