  It all started with a happy coincidence in 1998. I was at the time, owner of an apartment that turned out to be too big for my personal use, so I decided to rent part of it. At the same time, I crossed paths with the historical founder of Parisian Home. He was in need of new adventures, and I wanted to undertake, so I decided to buy the company. Parisian Home took care of nearly forty parisian apartments at the time, especially intended for tourists, for the rent at the week. A major development regarding the recruitment and the structuring of the organization was made during the first 10 years and a first move was necessary in 2006. In 2012, the activity opens to new targets and 2 years later marks a strengthening in the professional orientation of Parisian Home. The company then positions itself on mobility. In 2017, in order to meet the needs of the expatriate professional target, I turned to external growth by buying two companies, thus completing the portfolio of apartments and the geographical coverage area: family apartments, western Parisian districts. It was also the time of the evolution of a model and the arrival on the market of large players in real estate distribution. New regulations are imposed which also lead us to reconsider the offer; as many new opportunities for Parisian Home. It is also the time of the arrival of a new clientele, that of national and international students, in mobility. In 2020, events call for reinvention. Students are leaving Paris, expatriation projects are frozen, tourism is at a standstill. I am taking advantage of this to concretize the project of a new offer of permanent rentals (long term).
