  A brief summary of my experiences in business, product and service innovation consultancy. - VinylExpress, vinyl record distribution startup (https://vinylexpress.io/) During my apprenticeship in VinylExpress one of my missions was to analyse and create recommendations regarding the internal leadership style of the organisation. The goal was to point out "good and bad" practices of the directing manager and it's effects on the flow of the team and to turn the bad into opportunities. - Makerlab, digital innovation consultants (https://www.makerlab.nl) In this collaboration I performed a contingency analysis to assess the effect of new trends & developments on Makerlab and facilitate the management of changes. The result was 3 different re-positioning options to diversify their USP and an implementation plan to reach the objectives of these changes. - Seats2Meet, Co-working platform (https://www.seats2meet.com/) After visiting S2M's HQ and a keynote from the founders, we performed a business system review and re-design based on BMC analysis. The consultancy was focused on generating new insights and ideas to expand the current business system and identify new possible revenue streams. - CBI, Dutch Ministry of Foreign affairs (https://www.cbi.eu/) A team of 5 was selected in a short competition to visit CBI's HQ and provide a recommendation kit for the market information platform of exports & imports.   During this short apprenticeship I joined the startup VinylExpress in the growth and diffusion of their innovative vinyl distribution network. We connected physical vinyl stores with customer all over the glove, making unavailable records available.
