From May 2015 to early 2017, I was deployed as a relational project manager for all projects where snagging points still needed to be processed. In addition to completing the project, it was often also important to improve the client relationship in order to achieve a pleasant completion of the contract. In the meantime I worked on setting up a PMO (Project Management Office). We have actually started this from April 2017. Due to the enormous amount of projects, in May 2018 my focus shifted from process improvements and the development of the PMO to the coordination of multiple projects, which again required a high degree of relationship management. At the same time, I bridged the project department, the management team and sales, also functioning as chairman of the MT. ----------------- Vanaf mei 2015 tot begin 2017 ben ik als relationeel projectmanager ingezet voor alle projecten waar nog restpunten afgehandeld moesten worden. Naast een complete afronding van het project, was het vaak ook zaak om de relatie met de klant te verbeteren om zo een prettige afronding van het contract te bewerkstelligen. Ondertussen werkte ik aan het oprichten van een PMO (Project Management Office). Vanaf april 2017 zijn we daar ook daadwerkelijk mee gestart. In verband met de enorme orderportefeuille verschoof in mei 2018 mijn focus van procesmatige verbeteringen en het verder opzetten van het PMO naar de coördinatie van meerdere projecten waarbij wederom een hoge mate van relatiemanagement vereist werd. Tegelijkertijd vervulde ik een verbindende rol tussen de projectafdeling, de directie en de salesafdeling, waarbij ik onder andere de rol als voorzitter van het MT vervuld heb. Show less

In October 2013 I started a large project in Germany as an interim project manager. At the same time, my position became more and more coordinating, because there was a greater need for financial project coordination.Due to the lack of an ERP system, the input for the management of all departments had to be registered, combined and communicated separately, which required a lot of internal supervision.In October I decided to take a break from Trekwerk.
