-
Sep 2018 - Jun 2019
As Women's Head Coach I was individually responsible for running the Women’s Lacrosse program within the wider context of Trent Sport. This included managing two competitive teams and a development squad, with weekly trainings and matches; liaison with the university Sports Department, working closely with external coaches, umpires, other university support staff and assisting in the overall development of women’s lacrosse; arrangement and management of development and pre and post season tournaments. Player recruitment plays a major part of my role; contacting and forming positive relationships with potential players and USA Colleges is vital to my coaching position.
