I have been invited to join the product development team at O Mecânico Magazine, a company that belongs to the same group as Loja do Mecânico, where I previously worked. As part of my role, I am responsible for enhancing the user experience, focusing on app and web platform development. Some of the regular activities I perform include: • Designing the user experience with the goal of optimizing the journey and seeking continuous improvements; • Creating high and low-fidelity prototypes, conceiving innovative solutions for our products; • Managing all stages of visual design, from conception to delivery for the technology team; • Validating developed features and ensuring they align with the proposed design; • Conducting research and usability tests with users; • Collecting internal and external feedback on launched features, identifying optimization needs. I had the oportunity to work with the engineering team, actively participating in the development of a complete line of medical devices, being responsible for: • Development of the entire visual identity and concept of the new device lines; • Elaboration of the visual interface of the operating systems; • Low-fidelity prototypes, applying information architecture and usability principles. • High-fidelity prototypes, applying device/operating system standards. • Research and usability tests with users; • Preparation of documentation for validation of interfaces and functionalities; • Collecting internal and external feedback on launched features, identifying optimization needs; Through the efforts of the engineering sector and together with the other sectors of the company, we managed to obtain the unprecedented INMETRO Certification for one of our developed device, and in addition to developing all issues related to design, I had the opportunity to assist in the preparation of documents (Historical record, risk analysis, FMEA and project validation).
