Worked on a Revenue Attribution model enabling more transparent measurement of impact from marketing activity and exogenous factors on revenue. A Bayesian model was then researched and a POC was built for more frequent mode updates. Built a Customer Segmentation model with a single customer view of a loyalty customer base, for a large coffee brand, using Azure Databricks, PySpark, K-Means, PCA and a range other tools to get the most statistically significant clusters. A range of data sources were aggregated from Kantar, billions of first-party transactional data, and analysis over qualitative surveys, creating the richest data set for the segmentation model. The project was presented back to all senior stakeholders. Show less

Used techniques ranging from support vector machines to various regression models (e.g. ridge, lasso) for clients, recently applying machine learning to solve data quality problems and run probabilistic simulations to forecast readerships for advertising campaigns. Worked in both Python and R.Experience in research and application of machine learning at different stages of a project’s lifecycle. From formulation of a problem with the business, to stakeholder feedback, I am well versed in translating technical language to suit a range of audiences. I am also skilled in visualisation tools and use this to communicate my work effectively to senior stakeholders.I am a qualified Google Cloud Platform engineer, focusing on scaling machine learning to production, looking to use frameworks such as TFX to monitor model drift and evaluate inputs as they change over time. I built and deployed a web application to over 500 individuals, hosted on GCP, connecting those in need, with volunteers, during self-isolation. I have worked with the range of data analytics and science applications across GCP, including BigQuery for large scale analytics and DataFlow for building machine learning pipelines. Show less

Fantastic and Insightful experience with a steep learning curve. Surrounded by proactive and lively co-workers. Great way to experience work in a professional environment. During this month, I focused primarily on the analysis of the sealing ability of the variable bleed valves (VBV) for the LEAP 1A/B/C Engine. This comprised of conceptualising parts for the seals on 3D and 2D modelling software such as CATIA. As well as translating Independant Specification Reports from French to English, I performed comparisons for correlation ping tests, which involves comparing frequencies from calculations and tests followed by identifying which frequencies are in a better position to cause resonance to the VBV doors therefore fracturing the part. Spent three days at an invite-only event for undergraduates, offering me the chance to explore IBM's world and gain rare insight into life as an IBM consultant. During my time there I had the chance to learn about the products IBM offered its clients and why IBM is at the forefront of its game. I got invaluable insight on the world of work and the sort of pressure IBM consultants are under at times during their career. I also took part in a team-based case study of a typical consulting scenario which allowed me to really hone in my soft skills. Show less

This is a week organized by the University of Sheffield for Students to be part of a team, working on a Project resembling one given in Industry. Leading a team of 5 for a Project on “Augmented Reality and their implementation on Ski Goggles”. This meant finding the correct software and hardware such as an android-based operating system and organic LEDs for the screen. Costs and time periods were also calculated for the entirety of the project.
