I would assist the Executive Director in developing institutional fundraising and marketing goals and running regular analytics to ensure that our growth, conversion, and renewal rates were meeting or exceeding targets. As social media manager I brought a focus on disseminating stories, images, and objects from the collections that highlighted the experiences of Black and Indigenous People of Color. I also used archival data to compile research on historical Athenaeum members of note, which were then used to author unique Shareholder biographies which were shared upon the onboarding of new members. I acted as liaison and staff representative for meetings of the Board of Directors. For much of the duration of my tenure I helped to lead a major expansion and rebranding of the Athenaeum's digital communications, during which I served as project manager for the development and roll-out of the organization's first new website in 20 years.
