      The Community Sauna Baths CIC aims to create an easily replicable and scalable model for inner-city community sauna. Reached a monthly revenue of £18k in 9 months of operation, regularly operating at 100% capacity. 5k visits to our website a month. 51 Google Business reviews with an average of 4.9. This role was part-time, working evenings and weekends alongside another full-time role. Led the social media and local outreach for a Mayor of London crowdfunder, gaining £28k of pledges. Leveraged local connections built during the fundraising to secure a site. Built a full website and booking system in 2 weeks and began operations in January 2021. Wrote the brand strategy & narrative to differentiate against established ‘luxury’ spas. Made strategic decisions as a Board Director to continue delivering on the social aims and stated mission of the company: to bring authentic sauna to the UK.
