  Studio ARTES is a not for profit, independent organisation which offers full time art program to adults with disabilities. Initiated and directed the restructure of the central visual arts program. Implemented the innovative Studio ARTIST program which provides professional development to artists with disabilities Designed projects and written grant applications which have received $160, 000 in funding since November 2012 Curated various national and international exhibitions, residencies and symposiums designed to foster the creative capacity and career of the Studio ARTIST Collective. Managed a myriad of successful partnerships linking the Studio ARTIST Collective with a range of mainstream arts professionals, institutions and organisations including the College of Fine Arts, Gaffa gallery, the Paper Mill and Sydney College of the Arts. Member of executive staff Lead team consisting of over twenty art staff

  Research Assistant to the Dean, Professor Colin Rhodes  Researched and wrote eighteen entries to be included in Professor Rhodes encyclopaedia of Outsider Art Conducted research on behalf of Professor Rhodes Assisted with the management of the Dean’s SCA Callan Park Gallery. Curated a solo exhibition by Lynda Strong entitled “Matthew and Me” Research Assistant to the Dean, Professor Colin Rhodes  Researched and wrote eighteen entries to be included in Professor Rhodes encyclopaedia of Outsider Art Conducted research on behalf of Professor Rhodes Assisted with the management of the Dean’s SCA Callan Park Gallery. Curated a solo exhibition by Lynda Strong entitled “Matthew and Me”
