  As a member of the L3 team for TravelClick GMS, I troubleshooted integration issues between TravelClick & third party partners to recover severed data connections. This included following data pipelines and investigating server logs and databases to find irregularities. I also completed client requests by writing custom SQL scripts and JavaScript. I occasionally investigated and resolved bugs in the Java codebase, and participated in the development cycle from planning to production.   For the fall semester of 2017, I was a facilitator for the PASS program, for a first year course (Introduction to Software Development) at Carleton University. This introductory programming course is offered by the Systems and Computer Engineering Department, and uses Python to establish basic software development skills. My responsibilities included hosting weekly workshops and office hours, where I used my training of various learning styles and active learning to help students understand and practice course material.
