Project manager for the Bureau de la qualité et d'amélioration continue [BQAC] (Quality Office) at the Montreal Children's Hospital [MCH] reporting primarily to the Assistant-Associate President and Executive Director of the McGill University Health Centre. Focus was on: (1) Project management, i.e., led and/or supported a number of quality improvement projects; (2) Management of the MCH Quality Improvement Volunteer Team: created and managed a team of volunteers who perform quality improvement audits; (3) Education Mandate. Was responsible for the coordination of the BQAC's education mandate, i.e., coordinated, created material, and taught the MCH Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course for employees; & (4) Project/team coordination.

Project coordinator for quality improvement initiatives; namely, the Bureau de la qualité et d'amélioration continue and the We should talk communication campaign. The campaign focuses on speaking up when something doesn't quite seem right, and in turn, listening when someone raises a potential issue, regardless of our roles, when it comes to the care of patients.
