Gained experience in planning, following through with tasks, and setting and attaining goals through the planning of daily activities for children between the ages of 4 and 12. Activities include recreational sports, arts and crafts, bible activities, and field trips.Advanced in responsibility after two years through promotion to a group leader and oversaw 3-4 counselors and 10-20 children on a daily basis.
