I worked with Gabby during the summer of 2019 at the Temple Terrrace Boys and Girls Club. We volunteered with Tampa Bay Farm 2 School to teach the kids healthy plant-based recipes each week. Gabby was a natural leader in nutrition education. She created easy to follow recipes each week and did an incredible job explaining nutrition to the kids.
