Spending a week volunteering at the Solheim Cup 2019 held at Gleneagles Golf Course gave me a huge amount of experience with event hosting, specifically sporting hospitality at a luxury venue. My duties included ticket collecting, signing in guests and dealing with queries from guests and clients. This role gave me an insight into event logistics and handling venue issues.
