  Valencia, Spain As an English tutor in Valencia, I taught students from the ages of 9 until 70 on a one-to-one basis and helped them with their pronunciation and sentence structure. I prepared lessons focusing on specific grammar points and difficult vocabulary. I also held exam preparation sessions which included mock exams under timed conditions and teaching exam technique. There were a few students who did not live in Valencia and so Skype lessons were available for these students.

This was good public speaking and presentation practice which I always enjoy. It also helped me with structure as I had to present something that I had only just learnt about in a logical way with clear answers as severance packages can often be confusing and difficult.
