  As a Resident Assistant, my duty was to perform room condition reports for damages, monthly health and safety inspections, weekly fire inspections, nightly safety rounds, and assisting students locked from their rooms. I was also responsible for writing incident reports and organizing programs for my residents. Programs could be educational or recreational as a means to further students professionally and socially.
