This role requires me to take a lead role in establishing and maintaining business processes that support the effective and efficient running of operational services. I am responsible for the business planning process and performance management for the Rehabilitation & Recovery Division, for all targets internally and externally.I have been involved in various change projects which includes the Rehab Pathway, EPR Improvement and the development of the new Team Analytics Dashboard (TAD). I have dedicated a lot of time in writing specifications for the new TAD. I have also been responsible for testing some of these measures to ensure the data is accurate. I am experienced with working collaboratively with staff at all levels and roles across the Division and Trust and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with both internal and external staff.I have assisted the Information Team in the development of systems and processes in order to support performance related targets such as 7 Day Follow Up and EIS RTT targets. I regularly use the Dashboards to extract and collate activity and performance related data reports in order to provide quality performance monitoring support to the teams.I routinely produce reports in Excel, with my analysis shown by using pivot tables, graphs and charts (SPC). These reports include data from various sources and departments such as HR, Governance and Finance. The data is then presented to a wider Executive audience to inform the strategic planning and management processes. This role acts as a hub for all performance related queries and other business processes in the R&R Division.I often attend and contribute to various meetings across the teams. This has provided me with invaluable experience from understanding the inner workings of different teams, involving myself in different departments and understanding the diverse needs each team requires.

    • Data Performance Administrator

Whilst being in this role, I provided excellent Excel and analytical skills to investigate data errors in information reports as well as providing quality and performance monitoring support for the teams. I achieved this by developing and implementing various data collection methods using spreadsheets to capture missing data on RIO and monitoring performance targets for the Islington Rehab and Recovery Teams.I frequently compiled audit reports from multiple dashboards to correct inaccuracies, errors, gaps and to provide support on identifying missing KPI measures.I assisted all staff on a range of different senior levels in improving the functionality of various monitoring tools thus improving performance and quality of the service. I completed ad-hoc reports and displayed the report analysis in Excel ensuring the data was presented clearly and in a user friendly format so that practitioners and management could interpret the information.I acted as the Lead Administrator on all data and performance across the teams and was involved in the development of systems and processes to ensure compliance with agreed standards and timescales for inputting data within our EPR system. I supported the Business & Service Managers in developing and providing the performance monitoring of local information that relates to performance against Trust indicators. This involved providing trend analysis and identifying areas of concern.
