I specialize in order entry for insulated glass, fabricated glass, and shower entry systems. I utilized various softwares to build these items. Manage the receptionist area, which also involved me welcoming visitors, and responding to telephone and in-person desires for material. I manage inventory orders. 80% of the time my duties involved me assisting the estimator and owner with all purchase orders to their projects. This included me maintaining a purchase order log on excel everyday for glass, shower, and metal orders. My job is to make sure all orders match the order confirmations that was emailed and also matches the fab sheets. After everything is aligned, I also make sure everything will be here in a timely manor while staying in budget to the original base bid. Once the shipment arrived my job is also to make sure everything is accounted for and to make sure all material comes properly. Once doing so I kept track of any back orders, any invoicing, and kept stock of all accounted for hardware. I mainly exceed at prioritizing, carrying out several everyday jobs at the same time, and following through with accomplishing project goals. Once a project is completed if requested I complete close outs and warranty documents. I move all incoming phone calls along with intaking all incoming work orders. I also help execute all work orders that come in such as emergency board ups, window leaks, and quotes. Every month I assist AP, AR, and the PMS with billing. I make sure that all billing is priced and ETAs are received for all open orders that the estimators are working on.
