Responsible for sourcing and developing ICT product solutions, including product evaluation and comparison, testing and integration, quality assurance, pricing and technical specification. Work collaboratively with internal Services, Sales and Marketing Teams to develop a scalable and standardized Service Catalogue, leveraging the delivery of ICT technology solutions that are supported by Service Operations. • Undertake product, supplier, and costs analysis of available ICT products and services. • Provide cost and effort modelling for productization of technical services. • Ensure product solutions are developed, engineered, and tested, to meet out required specifications. • Working with engineering teams to integrate new solutions into existing portfolio. • Provide guidance and recommendations on new products and technologies. • Perform ongoing reviews of product pricing, quality and supply channels. • Continual improvement of all product offerings including pricing, quality assurance and supplier performance. • Market reviews and analysis of competitive products. • Provide collateral information to Marketing and Sales teams for Product Commercialisation. • Develop User Manuals and Process Documentation to support company’s Technical Teams.
