Ho lavorato assieme a Gabriele durante il mio tirocinio in Cina. Per me è stato molto di più di un responsabile. Fin da subito mi ha coinvolto nei progetti aziendali facendomi da mentore e potandomi con sé agli incontri con i fornitori dove ho potuto imparare molto. Inoltre mi ha coinvolto anche al di fuori dell'azienda, cosa davvero importante quando ci si trova in un altro continente, ed io questo l'ho apprezzato davvero tanto. Gabriele è una persona molto competente sul lavoro. Fu proprio lui assieme ad un altro collega ad avviare lo stabilimento cinese, attività non di certo banale e che avrebbe messo in difficoltà i più. A mio parere però la sua caratteristica migliore è l'empatia, ed è proprio grazie a questa che è molto in gamba quando si tratta di gestire le persone, qualità molto rara e indispensabile nel suo ruolo. Ho stretto un ottimo rapporto di amicizia con Gabriele e la sua famiglia e dopo tanti anni ci teniamo in contatto ed è sempre un piacere ritrovarsi.
