I’m involved in the development of OEM machines.By interfacing with the customer and the mechanical design department, my role is aimed at organizing and defining, designing and commissioning of functional groups; interfacing with suppliers and the purchasing department, the choice of the most suitable technologies, materials and components to be used in compliance with current regulations; creation of electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, layouts, wiring diagrams, codified lists of materials and management of the spare parts platform.I interface with programmers for the development of the software, in case the application where is minimal, i take personally care of the programmation with TIA Portal Siemens. I collaborate with my colleagues for the creation of content for machine documentation, technical files and for the creation of validation and testing protocols.I follow the construction in the workshop, testing and start-up.If necessary, I provide support to the customer for pre and post sales activities.I also hold the position of IT technician within the company, dealing with small daily activities that allow continuity in the performance of colleagues' activities.
