Coached the girls 16u mixed state team at the JCC maccabi games consisting of players from California, Arizona, and Ohio. The team was able to earn a bronze medal, where we beat teams all around the United States and Canada and earned third place out of 11 teams. I personally met the ladies 40min before our first game and was able to turn 11 individuals into a cohesive team using positive feedback and team building exercises.
