I wish I could find an option that would say something along the lines of ''Gabriela has been my Leadership Coach for the past 3 years, my mentor, my go-to person and an incredible source of inspiration". When I started working with her, I was already doing a good job, but to anyone thinking that you get to grow as a leader after just a few 121s or workshops, you're wrong - you build a relationship with your coach as your strengths start shining, your weaknesses start manifesting when challenged with different scenarios, when things outside of your control (such as a Pandemic) completely shifts the dynamic of the group you're leading. Gabriela has truly empowered me and helped me further define my objectives - as a consequence, I feel much more confident on a personal and professional level, the relationship with my team is stronger than any blocker, and the team performance got an impressive boost. Not only this, but Gabriela is an amazing human overall, the kind of person who lights up the room. I highly recommend working with her whether as a group, on 121 sessions or both!
