      I was responsible for identifying the supply needs, initiating the acquisition process, in accordance with the internal procedure ; prospect the market and prepare the offer requests to the suppliers. I used to also receive and register the offers from the suppliers and draws up the comparative report of the received offers and decide the supplier.I had to negotiate contractual conditions (price / delivery time / payment term) ; place orders; track orders from transmission to delivery; and ensure that the invoices from the suppliers correspond to the negotiated terms (payment term, specifications, price).Other tasks include: requesting from the supplier all the necessary documentation (quality certificates, conformity, warranty, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, etc.) ; make sure that the delivery is made on time and in accordance with the specifications of the order / contract ; check and confirm the receptions from the suppliers and notify the supplier of any error that appeared in the receptions ; maintain the relationship with the suppliers ; ensure a permanent communication with the suppliers and develop the relations with them.I evaluated periodically the services of the suppliers; created , updated and managed databases with information about current and potential suppliers.Using implemented software and other support systems, I was constantly looking for solutions to automate all document flows, also prepared reports and made various analyzes related to the specific activity.
