I’ve had the great pleasure of working with Gabriela Mujal as our teams collaborated daily on our product’s user experience. During that time, as Sr. Director of Patient Journeys, I worked with Gabriela remotely and in-person, building patient journeys off of her user research, behavior change framework, and insight to the user experience. During my time working with Gabriela, she demonstrated the following: -Thorough qualitative and quantitative research into indications that have a profound impact on maternal health outcomes -Dissemination of complex conditions across the input of evidence-based research and interviews with clinicians of varied specialties, and quickly leveraging that research for the teams to springboard design decisions -Clear organization of research into frameworks to support decision making for a variety of experiences, from medical device use to self-reporting of diagnoses to consumption of health education -Thoughtful approach to user research to support short and long-term approaches to product and journey design for actions we’re seeking from our users And, essentially, Gabriela has been an invaluable tool to our journey and product design as we’ve added multiple journeys and shifted platforms. She’s a fantastic team member. I highly recommend her for any position that she is pursuing.
