Contributed to the development program of COFRA’s next generation of owners. Key responsibilities: Updating curriculum design: • Updated skillset requirements based on discussions with leadership, L&D market overview and trainee survey. • Drafted recommendations for curriculum update and developed training materials on leadership competencies. • Supported and facilitated trainee workshops, receiving positive feedback from trainees and stakeholders. Streamlining & executing psychometric assessment: • Identified psychometric data needed for trainee cohort based on internal requirements and (young) adult development, and drafted recommendations; presented to Program Director. • Streamlined assessment roadmap by narrowing down the assessments and spreading them strategically across the program. • Liaised with external partners to source new psychometric tests and engaged with assessment centers on design and criteria. • Developed method to assess talent pool holistically, aggregating data for use in leadership meetings. Improving process and data management: • Standardized data management and planning processes, automated routine tasks, updated and maintained the CRM system. • Introduced project management tool Wrike for managing deliverables and events in our department, working with various COFRA departments including IT and Legal; tool expected to become company-wide solution.
