Was part of the winning team of the hackathon promoted by SBM offshore, acting as a product owner during the development of the MVP, which sought to identify anomalies in the ships' pipelines. Supported the team in the following areas: weekly meetings with customers, studying the persona and understanding the problem, planning sprints, prioritizing the backlog and collecting user feedback. The great differential of the project was the use of images and the use of deep learning to minimize the cost of maintenance of the pipes/equipment.

Petroleum Engineer

Worked as a junior engineer developing a study on hydrate formation in offshore well safety equipment, such as the Blowout Preventer (BOP). Was responsible for risk analysis in wells susceptible to hydrate formation, scale, and corrosion. Participated in meetings with the team of subsea engineers and with external clients to monitor the projects. The main results obtained were the creation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be applied to wells with indications of hydrate formation, and the elaboration of a training program for company professionals on hydrate prevention and removal. Worked in the downtime that involved the company analyzing the operational processes of the well, with that, it was possible to prepare a technical report and presentation to assist in the defense of the company.

Participated in the Power to Innovate project in partnership between Fábrica de Startups and Shell Brasil to develop solutions that help in the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector. Was part of the I2WM team that worked on the development of a software that proposes an equipment inventory management model that aims to assist in the company's logistics. Acted carrying out the process of understanding the customer's problem using the Canvas methodology, participated in the survey of the steps inherent to the purchase of materials, assisted in brainstorming for the discussion of the problem, wrote the user stories using the Trello platform, prioritized the backlog and held meetings daily with the development team and weekly with clients.

General Secretary of the SPE UNIT Chapter

Was a member of the student chapter of SPE UNIT and was responsible for organizing lectures, courses and technical visits to stimulate the link between university students and professionals in the field. Organized academic trips to collaborate with student participation in events. Supported the CineSPE event, which aimed to present a film / documentary in the area and bring in professionals to report their experiences and make comments about the film. Participated in national and regional meetings, to improve the student chapter and enable professional growth for students from northeastern Brazil. During the period in which participated, the chapter was awarded as the best in the Bahia-Sergipe section of the Society Of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) from 2015 to 2016; there was an 86% increase in the number of chapter members through the dissemination of benefits to members; two major events were held in the State (I Petrowork - Petroleum Workshop SPE Sergipe and SPE Meeting).

Scientific Initiation Student

Collaborated with the research group developing the project entitled “Thermodynamic study of the precipitation of carbonates in MEG / water mixtures endured with CO2 and gas solubility in mixtures containing MEG, water and salts”, in partnership with CENPES / Petrobras. Participated in lectures and meetings to monitor the project, in addition to making scientific articles and patents about the studied project. Worked together with the team on the use of neural networks via the MATLAB system, for the calibration and prediction of experimental data. Elaborated and presented works at national and international congresses (see Lattes Curriculum).

Internship

Worked together with the maintenance team, carrying out repairs on the equipment for the production process at the Tartaruga Field in Pirambu / SE, including cleaning the hydrocarbon production lines caused by the formation of asphaltenes. Participated in the pipeline inspection, the installation of the triplex pump and the submerged centrifugal pumping (BCS) lifting method. In addition, it followed the intervention of the Field, which used the directional drilling technique Measurement while drilling (MWD), to increase the volume of oil produced. Carried out tests to determine the API grade and density in the oil produced by the well, and studied the cuttings obtained during the drilling of a well to define what type of rock the drill was going through.
