  Through the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES), which works on the Oficinas 4.0 project, the main concern is addressed with the development of a set of skills close to industry 4.0. In this scenario, I've been working as project manager to orchestrate 60 teams with more than 300 students involved.
