  American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC) is a nonprofit credit counseling agency that helps consumers take control of their financial lives through credit counseling, debt consolidation, and financial education. As a Personal Finance Counselor for ACCC, my primary responsibility is to counsel individuals by analyzing and preparing balanced budgets, providing tailored tools, and debt management solutions for a wide variety of financial situations. Throughout my tenure with ACCC, consistently achieved “Top 5” in balanced budgets, debt management program enrollments, and monthly activity bonus. Recognized for excellent quality assurance evaluations including 90% average on monitored calls; three-time winner of 100% perfect score on “mystery shopper” calls; employee of the month. Additionally, serves as a Student Loan Adviser, a select team created to assist clients with the complexity of evaluating student loan repayment options.
