In this role, I engaged in installing, configuring, maintaining, administering and parameterizing tools within the company's portfolio, which included OpenText's PPM and ALM Octane, and Atlassian' cloud toolset such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, Confluence and Bitbucket. Leveraging my development expertise, I also proposed, designed, and developed apps and extensions tailored to specific customer requirements and exclusiveness internal requirements across add-ons like Micro Focus HTML5+ portlets using HTML, CSS and Javascript; ALM Octane external actions using HTML, CSS, Javascript and React.js; and apps for both Jira platform and Confluence using HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js and Forge. Additionally, I conducted impactful exploration and customized demonstration sessions, effectively showcasing the extensive capabilities of our portfolio toolset to clients, which in turn facilitated new sales efforts. I provided robust client support by collaboratively troubleshooting issues with vendors and delivering customized solutions. Leveraging my Linux, OS-related, networking and programming knowledge, I was also able to quickly identify and fix issues in our clients' on-premises instances. As part of my commitment to enhancing our partnerships with vendors, I addressed our company's needs by pursuing two certifications offered by Atlassian. Currently, I am conducting a migration project from Jira Server to Cloud as IT Consultant, emphasizing my proficiency, knowledge, and expertise as a certified Atlassian individual. Parallel to this, I have been focusing on cultivating a robust foundation in DevOps practices and agile methodologies. Click Fotografias (formerly Lumière Fotografias) is a photography startup based in Porto Seguro, Bahia, Brazil, dedicated to helping people preserve their travel memories through high-quality photography. As a Co-Founder, I led the entire IT operation of the organization, playing a pivotal role in designing and developing our internal management website. I utilized HTML, CSS, Handlebars, Javascript, and Node.js for this project.
