In charge of the designing machines in order to automate process and used Microsoft Project to analyze costs, time projection, and labor. A major accomplishment was the automatization of the balloon printing department, as all was previously done by hand. Utilized Lean Six Sigma to analyze process times and area of opportunities that could be substituted by a machine. As maintenance manager I was in charge of the preventive, corrective and improvement activities. Implemented the CMMS MP9 software to create all the activities and routines. Executed projects with Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLC. Worked with electronic devices like; drivers to control frequency of motors, sensors, timers, relays, power supplies and electro-valves.
