I Developed on my initiative an algorithm to analyses millions of airport site survey points in minutes rather than weeks. Participated in producing alternative for Newark long term redevelopment

I developed a parametrically generated structural system to design and derivate the 8 art panels. Produced photorealistic imagery. Responsibilities included development of the proposal and the construction methods, production of competition panels and supervising two other team members. (built) Bronx river right of way proposes the relocation and adaptive reuse of the abandoned Westchester Avenue Station, currently off limits and in ruins along the Lower Bronx River. The building is one of thirteen station-stops designed between 1908 and 1916 by Cass Gilbert, for the defunct New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad. Bronx River Right-of-Way provides a strategic framework for resituating the Westchester Avenue station house as a vital node within the Bronx River network, by resiting it in adjacent Concrete Plant Park, linked to the waterways and waterfronts of Greater New York. Developed the concept and design for the rehabilitation of the Cass Gilbert train station in Westchester Avenue, production of images and a long animation that was exhibited at BBB’s firm and published online. Developed concept models and algorithms to proposed dwelling development schemes for large residential projects north of Paris., Produced imagery and animation that was used to communicate to real estate banking group. In addition, responsibilities included supervising two other team members. Laureate in a consultation for two blocks of offices at Saint-Denis, north of Paris. Developed a proposal internally alongside two other architects. The proposal that I was developing was selected, developed and presented by Hubert & Roy to the client (GA Promotion) and won the consultation against three other architects. The project included 20000SQM of offices using GA’s own prefabrication system in an innovative way, allowing transparence and integration to the urban context. Produce Design documents, imagery and animation. Followed the construction site of the School Louis Berliot North of Paris. The School is entirely made from wood and represent an innovative design approach to school building in Paris. I supervised the construction, attending weekly site visits and contributed to publishing the project in architecture magazines. Followed the construction of a rehabilitation clinic in Chatenoy-le-Royal in France. Participated in regular construction visits and contributed to publishing the project in architecture reviews.
