Make calls to new clients and existing clients and make sure that they are happy with their accounts. Also try to see if there's any other products that they could benefit from having.

As a Part-time Teller I help clients make deposits, withdraws, payments, transfers, cashier checks/ money orders, and etc. I make sure that I get 100% on the mystery shoppers. I balance my drawer every time. Offer products and try to help our clients in any way possible. I'm also the vault custodian. Meaning, I order money for the vault, balance it, and verify all the straps of money. I also help tellers get cash from the vault if it's needed. I make sure to do all the closing procedures for the bank since I work towards closing time. That also involves running all the work (deposits, withdraws, payments, etc.) through branch capture. I worked as a Full-time Teller. I helped clients making deposits, withdraws, payments, etc. I was also a merchant teller. Meaning that my priority was to help business with their deposits and money/ coin exchange. If I wasn't busy with a business client I would help regular clients as well. I helped count the vault and organize some paperwork. I had to cross sell accounts and other products every day and try to help our clients in any way. I made sure to balance my drawer every day and help to do opening and closing procedures. Show less
