I served with Gabriel for three years as an instructor at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center as well as an additional year with an advanced research project at the Naval War College. Among the many outstanding professionals I have had the pleasure to serve with in my 22 year career, Gabriel stands among the very best. His work ethic, technical acumen, and interpersonal skills are peerless. He has been a cornerstone to any team or project he has been associated with and brings tremendous value to any organization. He is a proven self-starter and works exceedingly well independent of specific guidance or supervision.

I served twice with Gabe, first as an instructor/evaluator at our Naval Aviation center of excellence and then as a squadron Department Head. Gabe is a brilliant intellect who can analyze a problem set and map out solutions quickly. During a combat deployment, he teamed with my Operations Department when we took on a game-changing mission for our squadron. His technical and tactical expertise were critical to all stages of planning, training and execution of a mission normally assigned to a larger platform with four times the personnel. Result: we took a marginalized aircraft, found a market, reshaped how the crew employed the weapon system and turned it into a critical asset that saved lives and improved security for our forces on the ground. While Gabe focuses on quality processes, his experience and knowledge of the competition always motivate him to achieve timely results. Regardless of task or challenge, I would want Gabe on my team.

Performed detailed operational analysis of foreign threats and their ability to conduct access denial campaigns against friendly forces. Results of the analysis were then war-gamed repeatedly in order to produce effective courses of action for the United States, should hostilities occur.Used computer skills and engineering fundamentals to create intricately detailed computer programs, which drastically increased the speed of calculation of highly detailed and realistic war games. This increased computation speed allowed war gamers to more accurately model the effects of large numbers of weapons and platforms in a hostile engagement. Results of the analysis were then briefed to Fleet and Theater Commanders as well as the Chief of Naval Operations.
