  As Lexidy's Head of Portugal, I had the privilege of leading a talented team of professionals. During my time in this role, I successfully grew the team size from 2 to 24 employees in the Portugal office. Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, we successfully adapted to remote work and implemented initiatives that helped achieve significant annual revenue growth by over 4x compared to the first year. We successfully developed strategies that enabled the four departments - Immigration, Corporate, Real Estate, and Tax - to work cohesively with each other and their counterparts in other jurisdictions. This ensured that we were able to offer our clients holistic and integrated solutions, no matter where their life or business took them. By leveraging my understanding of the local market, I was responsible for creating and putting together service offerings, optimizing sales processes, and improving service delivery. Additionally, I served as the go-to person for the company's CRM system. Many of our initiatives were later adopted and spread throughout the whole organization. I also played a key role in defining the strategic vision. I participated in the company's process to expand to new jurisdictions and fine-tune its business model. By structuring departments and creating a positive and collaborative company culture, my experience as Head of Portugal provided me with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building and growing successful teams that I will always be grateful for and take further with me.   As part of the legal team at Conspiração Filmes, I provided legal support and risk assessments for audiovisual productions, including financial contracts. In this role, I elaborated legal opinions and risk assessments for productions, analyzing contracts from national and international third parties. I also participated actively in negotiations at all contract stages, giving my legal opinion on the risks involved. Another key aspect of my role was creating and supplying contracts for the TV, cinema, corporate, and advertising departments, ensuring they were legally sound and protecting the interests of the company. I also managed the litigation of the company, hiring and supervising the performance of outsourced lawyers' offices. Additionally, I prepared reports on the state of litigations to support the accounting audit. As the responsible party for all corporate documents for companies in the group, I prepared drafts and minutes of the Shareholders' General Meetings and proceeded with the signatures and records of corporate acts on the respective public registry. This involved a high level of attention to detail and a deep understanding of corporate law. One of the highlights of my experience was my fundamental collaboration in helping to identify a risky operation, when reviewing the fine details of the provided documentation, that helped the company's directors in its decision-making and to avoid the worsening of the situation.
