Using SCADA program for remote control and surveillance of a CO2 recovery plant by adjusting temperature, pressure, level, flow rate, and transfer of gas to maintain processes at required levels or to correct problems. Controlling reclaimer unit, compressors, purifying towers, heat exchangers, and related equipment in order to extract CO2 from flue gas. Controlling operation of scrubbers, evaporators, distillation column and ammonia refrigeration equipment in order to liquefy, compress, or regasify CO2 gas. Operated dry ice and palletizer machines. Monitoring of equipment to identify operational problems not indicated through PLC Manually operate valves as operations dictate. Maintaining the safe and efficient operations of the plant facilities. Performing minor preventative maintenance on plant equipment : filters, compressors, and pumps, which requires medium to heavy lifting. Troubleshooting of process equipment, plant operations, vsd drives, plc server and gas analysis systems such as NOx analyzer and Unisensor Carboscan. Performing laboratory test and analysis associated with extraction and purification for the CO2 to meet product specifications. Operated the carboscan used for continuous analysis of gas purity from different channels such as production, storage and trucks Facilitate Maintenance in CSD Lines -Ammonia refrigeration systems - PET line Blow Moulding - KRONES Fillers and Labelers - PLC Programming (AB, Siemens) -CO2 dosing and blending systems Show less
