Created in 2019 with the idea in mind to provide high end training using a revolutionary 21st century adult learning methodology. We identified that most police departments didn't have time, resources or access to quality training with firearms so we started Blue Green Alliance to teach short courses to provide tangible, sustainable methods to increase capability with limited resources. Co-created with another Force Reconnaissance Marine. We realized the bootlaces in our boots were the biggest weakness in what was on our feet. We both had laces break at different points in training and operations, resorting to things like duct taping your entire boot. We set out to create a "unbreakable bootlace" and have manufactured a product that has personally lasted me 4 pair of boots and 7 military ultra marathons. Along with increased strength and durability, the resistance to fatigue and stretch keeps the foot in place, reducing foot issues that occur with longer movements. We are currently looking at R&Ding multiple other products in different sectors where we have identified serious deficiencies that affect multiple work forces, not just the military. Show less

I managed 50 students and 9 high risk instructors over multiple 9-week training periods, supervising and deconflicting marksmanship, explosive breaching, close quarter battle and other high-risk training across multiple ranges simultaneously. As a Close Quarter Battle Instructor, I was instrumental in creating a revolutionary marksmanship course resulting in a 25% increase in marksmanship proficiency with a reduction in rounds and logistics at costs of $5-8,000 per course. I supervised the installment of this program within the School of Infantry-West with the instruction of 30 Combat instructors and managing their instruction to 50 Privates. I aided in implementing this program and overall course schedule into SOI’s first change in training in 25 years. I was also able to deliver this program to 50% of First Marine Division, the most deployed unit in the United States Marine Corps. While an instructor, I was able to develop and test a data analytic model to evaluate combat training proficiency. Currently over 20 courses have been collected and used to track the program efficiency. I was able to use this data to create an outcome-based metric to adjust our program dependent on class population for maximum proficiency of obtaining a minimum of 25% increase in marksmanship. I was able to track other infractions to create a streamlined 21st century learning model for adults, creating a shift in instructor focus, instruction and communications. I was instrumental in the development of a dynamic leadership exercise to improve communication and rapid decision making for lower-level personnel to mid-level leadership costing $15 for a group of 8 Marines. As a Force Reconnaissance Team Leader, I served as Assistant Element Leader whose responsibilities included liaising with the United States Secret Service Counter Assault Team during the United States-North Korea summit in Singapore as well as maintaining over $200,000 in gear accountability. I also served as the Tactical Liaison Officer to the Taiwanese Marine Corps, advising over 100 Taiwanese Marines in patrolling, amphibious operations, precision shooting, urban tactics, close quarter battle, diving operations all in relation to their national security plans. As a Force Reconnaissance Marine, I worked with foreign militaries as well as adjacent special operation commands to develop small unit naval training plans and operational exercises across the Pacific, managing over $250,000 worth of equipment during training. I instructed members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in high stress operations and conducted and supervised bilateral training operations with multiple indigenous military forces in the Indo-Pacom region. I was recognized two years in a row as one of the top 2 Reconnaissance Marines in the Fleet Marine Force out of over 1000 Reconnaissance Marines. Show less
