      Hi, my name is Gabriel Contreras, I’m a Real Estate Investor and Private Money Lender. I buy and sell Real Estate and Mortgage Notes, primarily Single Family Houses. It’s a pretty exciting time for me right now because I have now found a way that I can locate and buy houses at about 30% to 40% under current market price, mostly by cutting out all the middlemen costs and the long list of Money Saving Benefits we have to offer our Sellers.       Purchasing, selling, leasing and renovating residential real estate, mainly single family houses as the primary business in the Bakersfield and Kern County, California area. We used funds from Private Investors to fund the purchases of the properties. Their money was secured by a mortgage (Deed of Trust) and we paid a high rate of return, 8% to 10% to the private money lenders. Our typical investment required an average investment of $50K to $100K and most of the deals only took 36 to 60 months. Every purchase was closed by professionals with title insurance, fire insurance, appraisal or market analysis and all the proper documents and we never borrowed more than 75% of the value of the house. Those homes were then sold to some good folks that have been stricken with some bad luck and have damaged their credit but would love to buy a nice home without qualifying for a bank loan using our flexible purchase programs such as our Rent to Own, Lease Option and Owner Financing. We also purchased debt instruments secured by real estate. We purchased all types of notes on all types of property throughout the Bakersfield and Kern County California area.
