Provide clerical duties while work in fleet department, filing paper work alpha numeric order, handling information request from other departments within agency, receiving visitors when on premises, arranging conferences between vendors, purchasing, and management team, working closely with accounting division with any discrepancies that may arise, conducting research for department, supporting translation for co-workers, data entry in oracle and in Faster Web, training temporary employees when hired. Also provided District 15 with clerical duties while assigned to unit with retrieving calls from civilians for deputies, transcribed officer reports into the Palms system, filed and sorted paperwork for disbursement every morning, data entry into PALMS, attended civilians that needed police reports and crash reports. Assist new Parts Manager with essential training of Fleet Parts proper protocols and agency rules within department. Provide service writing by creating work orders with Faster Web program for repairs and parts issuance when deputies vehicle are dropped off for repairs. Create proper repair lines for work order.
