  In charge of managing the entire RFP process in matters related to budgets, contracts and project timelines beginning with the development of the study budget based on historical budget data and current fair market value for study procedures, followed by budget negotiation, execution of agreements and thorough review of final contracts to ensure proper compensation to the research site. Once studies are underway, responsible for ensuring the proper and timely generation of invoices according to specific sponsor requirements (e.g. monthly vs. quarterly invoices, per visit tracking sheets vs. milestone payments, etc). Responsible for periodic and final reconciliation of all study budgets vs. actuals billed to make sure all revenue has been properly captured by the site including screen failures, site fees, pass-through costs, out-of-scope procedures, and any costs resulting from Adverse Events such as hospital admissions and procedures, consultations with specialists, biopsies, etc. Also in charge of maintaining the clinic calendar up to date with all current and future studies. The clinic calendar is distributed to all clinic departments on a weekly basis for planning purposes and is used to generate projections for stipends, ordering study meals, and create employee schedules based on study workloads.
