I've met Gabriel through the Bahia-Sergipe Society of Petroleum Engineer Section (SPE BA-SE )when he was selected in the process to be part of the communication committee. Since the interview he showed the persistence, self-learning drive and focus associated with a great team work mind set that was confirmed later on. Gabriel performed so well that the SPE BA-SE board directors decided to invite him to be in charge of two positions in the board as a Student Chapter Relations Chairman and Webmaster. During this time I could testify how versatile and adaptive Gabriel is, multitask capable, and fast learner. During this time I also could realize how prepare he is as a recent graduate professional, already showing talent and technical background that can be used to support the grow of any company looking for a solid and focus member for their teams in the oil field, but not limited to. I work together with seven members in the planning, development, training and guidance of the team formed by twenty components, divided between students and recent graduates in petroleum engineering and geology.
