  2020 brought about the creation of Pristex, a locally owned and operated company that exists to provide the highest quality sanitation products to accommodate the growing need that has sprung from the current public health crisis. We now have a manufacturing distribution facilities right here in Memphis, TN that produces, packages, and ships EPA disinfectant wipes. Pristex also sources in-demand, hard-to-find PPE and sanitation supplies to aid the facilities that are experiencing supply shortages and deficits due to the pandemic.

  DarSalud was developed along-side the Medical leadership of LifeDoc Health, a pharmacy model that fully integrates to medical clinics offering retail services and clinical pharmacy services. Our model was created from a need to ameliorate pervasive healthcare barriers such as poly pharmacy, fragmentation of care, and access to treatment by incorporating Clinical Pharmacists into the patients' collaborative care team. DarSalud was developed along-side the Medical leadership of LifeDoc Health, a pharmacy model that fully integrates to medical clinics offering retail services and clinical pharmacy services. Our model was created from a need to ameliorate pervasive healthcare barriers such as poly pharmacy, fragmentation of care, and access to treatment by incorporating Clinical Pharmacists into the patients' collaborative care team.

  I served as the Treasurer and COI of a large network of medical clinics with 600+ employees and 9 locations. As CIO, my primary function was to mitigate the effects of hyperinflation by diversifying investments and creating a platform for currency arbitrage through importation. In order to combat hyperinflation and scarcity of medical supplies, I orchestrated the acquisition and operation of a 6 importers of medical supplies and equipment. I served as the Treasurer and COI of a large network of medical clinics with 600+ employees and 9 locations.
