  Ran a crew of 4-8 temporary and 1 full time employee producing plastic storage bins for the agricultural industry. During a night time shift my responsibility was to minimize scrap, downtime and meet production goals. Within the first two months my shift became the leading producer with the least amount of downtime. Responsible for reporting production, training personnel, and keeping the 24-7 operation going. Also served as night time maintenance while fulfilling supervisor duties. I constantly strive to meet goals, maintain morale and minimize safety hazards. Troubleshot hydraulic, electric, pneumatic and mechanical system to minimize machine downtime. Was involved in two major machine overhauls and numerous major component replacement.
