Production Shift Supervisor
-
May 2007 - Apr 2013
Ran a crew of 4-8 temporary and 1 full time employee producing plastic storage bins for the agricultural industry. During a night time shift my responsibility was to minimize scrap, downtime and meet production goals. Within the first two months my shift became the leading producer with the least amount of downtime. Responsible for reporting production, training personnel, and keeping the 24-7 operation going. Also served as night time maintenance while fulfilling supervisor duties. I constantly strive to meet goals, maintain morale and minimize safety hazards. Was loaned out back to the maintenance department due to lack of personnel and decided that it was a better fit for me at the time, so I stayed with maintenance. Show less
