- Drove the Resource Management team in creating updates to the Timberline database formulas; personally updated 80% of the 2007 Timberline updates, QC’d 10% of the remaining updates.- Personally produced and continuously updated Timberline modeling application which reduced estimating time by 75%. - Used an interactive training setting and program to instruct users in Timberline Modeling applications.- Prepared a complete overhaul of task metrics for Global Monitoring Center and the RLI/Resulting departments. - Compiled cost vs. price data for Global Monitoring Center and provided to Finance as a basis for standardized pricing.- Prepared detailed estimates of labor/material costs, using Timberline, to make price reductionsbased on business need.- Continuously worked with department management to define tasks that drove workload for each department; used key driver data to create mocked up reports and made revisions based on management requirements to gain approval.- Personally created weighting factors that identified the impact of each individual driver to help define capacity.- Solely modified Access database to incorporate new or revised drivers/metrics data; automated 95% of data from flat files to populate the reported data sets & graphs in an Excel format- Prepared Department Efficiency Metric reports to be reviewed by management and executives for use in resource planning and/or staffing requests
